• Delivery lead time is between 5 – 7 days upon check clearing or payment confirmation from accounting. Urgent deliveries will incur additional freight charges.
• Quoted prices include delivery within Metro Manila.
• Any permits, entry pass to subdivisions, villages, buildings and toll fees are the responsibility of the client. Gate pass must be ready prior to delivery.
• Warranty: One (1) year service warranty from date of delivery on the official Delivery Receipt issued by Cellar Solutions Corp.
• Warranty: One (1) year Vintec/Dometic/iO parts warranty from date of delivery on the official Delivery Receipt issued by Cellar Solutions Corp.
• All repairs, services, return and exchange will only be applicable if the unit is within Metro Manila, we do not service units that are outside Metro Manila area.
• Return and Exchange: Cellar Solutions can only accept returns on items that are in their original sealed box within 7 days of delivery. Once unboxed, item can no longer be exchanged unless there is a hidden defect. Warranty applies for claims 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Replacements will only be issued for the equivalent unit/model type of the original defective device.
• A Vintec/Dometic/iO Unit returned to Cellar Solutions Corporation must contain all original accessories and be properly packaged in the appropriate Vintec/Dometic/iO box packaging and accompanied by a proof of purchase dated within the applicable warranty period.
